This beach home is the perfect spot for exploring West Palm Beach with dozens of nearby coffee shops, restaurants, and antique shops. It is centrally located in the beautiful Antique Row neighborhood only three blocks to intracoastal, less than a mile to the beach and just blocks to downtown restaurants and bars. Spend the day playing on the beach in the sun or shopping at local antique and boutique stores. Enjoy evenings at local restaurants and bars afterwards.
The Space
Guests will enter through the front door into the sunroom of our tropical designer house. The sunroom offers comfortable chairs and several large windows with interior plants, making this a great spot to relax or read a book. Two couches and a glass coffee table provide comfortable seating in the living room with a TV over the decorative fireplace and an antique working record player and complimentary high speed WiFi.
Your comfort is assured with central air conditioning and heating
Continuing into the dining room and kitchen, guests will find everything needed to cook and enjoy any meal. Kitchen appliances include a gas range, full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and common small appliances. You have the choice to dine indoors or on the patio, there is plenty of seating for everyone!
The master bedroom features a luxury king-sized bed and a full closet for your belongings. The second bedroom includes a queen-sized bed with a dresser. A Beautiful wicker chaise lounge with a comfortable mattress large enough for a child or teen is provided which can be set up in the front sunroom as a third bedroom for extra sleeping space if desired.
The luxurious modern bathroom has been fully remodeled with marble walls in the spacious stand up shower. A bidet is also provided.
Prior to checking out our local favorites such as Lynoras, Sapori, Belle and Maxwell’s or Tropical Smokehouse for great food, hang out on the back patio under the umbrella with a cold beverage. If home-made food is your preference, make use of the provided propane grill and well stocked kitchen.
We have parking in driveway for one car and street parking for others. We use a lockbox for entry key and walk-through via phone call

The location is perfect for the airport, beaches and walking in quiet, safe neighborhoods. 10 plus out of 10. The owners couldn’t have been nicer and were always available for any assistance. They truly care about this home and enjoy sharing it with others. We are so glad we stayed here.

Beach, golf and dining
We had a lovely stay at this charming property. It is conveniently located near the beach, restaurants, PGA National and the airport. Beautifully decorated inside and out, we enjoyed morning coffee outside in the garden and evenings sitting comfortably in the living room watching movies or listening to records. Located near numerous golf communities we were able to visit and golf with numerous friends from Connecticut. Rick and Teri were attentive hosts. We will certainly rent here again.

Wonderful Stay in West Palm Beach
"Everything about our stay in this lovely property was fantastic. The homeowner made the check-in process very easy, and was available for any questions during our entire stay. The property has all the amenities, great decor and comfort level. It was as photographed, so it did not disappoint at all. Location is very convenient to the airport and to Antique Row and downtown, yet on a quiet and beautiful residential street. We would definitely come back."

They thought of everything in order to make you feel pampered and comfortable. All the special touches! "The bungalow has a lot of character and it's beautifully appointed. The patio is gorgeous and a great place to relax. The hosts were very proactive and gave a great welcome, which included a bottle of wine. One thing to prepare for is that they don't supply hair conditioner, so make sure to bring some with you. Fortunately, the shower is exquisite and there plenty of towels."

"We had the best 3 night stay in this beautiful rental. The hosts have done such an amazing job decorating this space. You feel like you are in Provence ! The location is perfect for walking , biking , and dinner out at all the best places . Nights in you will find everything you need to cook and relax ! The house is stocked with everything , even a welcome bottle of Rose’ ! We really enjoyed the awesome album collection and turntable !!! Lots of reminiscing ! What a Lovely home
